LW GALLERY in cooperation with HMH Gallery Port Andratx is very pleased to invite you to the opening of Judith Sturm's exhibition on Saturday, November 4th, 2023 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The exhibition entitled 'Thought Bubbles' continues this autumn's theme of 'extending summer' by showcasing calm, mostly seaside or poolside scenes.
Judith Sturm is a master student and graduate of the German “Documenta 6” artist Bodo Baumgarten at the Saarbrücken School of Art. She has won several art awards and art grants and is represented in public and private collections worldwide.
The artist Judith Sturm achieves a unique creative position with her unique painting technique combined with impressive, metaphorical worlds of images and strangely surreal beach scenes.
She is concerned with the infinite variations and interpretations of her protagonists' positions and emotions. What do you do? What do you think? Do they embody longing or boredom - are you carefree or attentive?
