We are pleased to announce the group exhibition “Positions - 18” at Galeria HMH I in Port Andratx.
Curator and gallery director Andreas Streicher presents a special selection of art positions from different art movements for the duration of +/- one week and explains the deeper meanings and backgrounds of these works of art to visitors.
The HMH Art Gallery invites you to the exhibition running from January 17 to January 23, 2025. This vibrant and humorous showcase features works by Ed Heck and Tim Davies, bringing together playful creativity and bold colors.
Ed Heck is known for his cartoon-like, whimsical artworks: a giant yellow octopus playfully wraps itself around a city skyline, a lively box of crayons comes to life, a happy dog effortlessly juggles cats, and a fearless rubber duck bravely faces tentacles from the deep. His works are full of humor, energy, and a joyful perspective on the world.
Tim Davies complements the exhibition with his iconic Flower Power Woman, a dazzling explosion of psychedelic patterns and vivid colors reminiscent of the free spirit of the 1960s. His work merges pop art with retro aesthetics, celebrating individuality and the joy of life.
