YUKO

Suminagashi / 17.07.2024 - 17.08.2024

Yuko

Born in 1968.
Montevideo, Uruguay.

Yuko unfolds expressions from her curious soul, with the soft, pure and natural flow of water.

At the end of 2019, she immersed herself intensively in the practical exploration of the technique, which she acquired through trial and error, perfected and developed beyond the known. The development of the practice has enabled her to create extraordinary works in large format, which is completely atypical and rare for this unique art form.

" The creation of each work is unique and unrepeatable, as water serves as a vehicle and is influenced by many factors. Each piece maintains an intimate relationship with the water and with myself at the exact moment of its creation. As soon as the last drop of color is added to the painting, silence sets in, nothingness surrounds the lightness of a painting conceived in water ... at this moment, the textile lowers to touch the image whose splendor will now reveal itself ... spread out within itself, absorbing all that is in it, transforming it. A unique moment... in which the created image finally reveals itself. "

Yuko

" I am water - I live, love and flow "

" My work is whimsical sensitive and delicate "

" My art flows from the depths of my own element: water ... pure bliss

Art delights / 18.08.2024 - 01.09.2024

Thorsten Frank

The Pan-Art artist Thorsten Frank was born in 1971 in Germany.

Pan-Art means perceiving oneself holistically, activating all senses,  giving form and color to feelings,  recognizing inner images in natural structures, seeing, feeling and sensing in many different ways.

His aim is to "move freely from any thoughts" in painting  . Inspired by many impressions of nature and landscape,  T. Frank continually tries out the "free art of  painting" in new ways.

Each work is an unconsciously emerging and impulsively occurring  artistic inspiration.

Through non-objective painting, we develop a different  perception; we see concrete images, shapes, objects , spaces.

The contradiction between abstract and objective is eliminated because the objective is perceived from our own point of view.

PanResina is a new style within Pan-Art developed by T. Frank. Here, the Pan-Art paint is applied in several layers in combination with resins and similar substances, creating an extremely interesting effect.

Judith Sturm

Au Et Sel | Vin Et Ciel / 07.09.2024 - 16.09.2024

Judith Sturm

Judith Sturm was born in 1973 in Saarlouis, southwestern Germany on the border with France and Luxembourg. She lives and works on Mallorca | Spain.

Two stays in the USA, in 2006 and 2008 in the printing workshop of the well-known master printer Erika Greenberg-Schneider in Tampa/Florida, have had a decisive influence on Judith Sturm's graphic work.

In 2005, the master student of Prof. Baumgarten developed her signature style of painting in her figurative series:

It is a form of non-representational painting, a treatment of the picture surface with liquefied paint into which salt was sprinkled, which later suggests the irregular redness in the depictions of the skin surfaces. This creates a special painterly liveliness in Sturm's works, which forms a contrast to the linear, outline-like passages in the body depictions - and thus a strangeness in the entirely familiar. One could say – to speak with Dylan Thomas – this type of painting is, among other things, an “adventure in matters of skin”
